As of today the network of PJSC "INTER-TELECOM" dynamically develops, and its performance is guaranteed by the technical support service which works according to the schedule: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In 2002, based on the existing infrastructure, a digital packet network was created, which made it possible to combine different data streams in one transport channel. The core of the network uses Gigabit Ethernet and SDH technologies to transmit various types of information.

Since 2003 INTER-TELECOM was included into the list of participants of UA-IX Ukrainian traffic exchange point and also has two channels to different technical areas with the bandwidth of more than 10 Gbps. In the same year the company switched to using exclusively terrestrial channels for access to the foreign segment of the Internet, which ensured high speed and quality of information exchange for our network subscribers with the global network.

Within the framework of work with a wide range of physical persons in 2004 the new project of high-speed access to the Internet under the trade mark TSIFRA ® was put into operation in close collaboration with OJSC "Ukrtelecom". Thanks to the simplicity and efficiency of the connection scheme for the first time in Kiev and in Ukraine it was possible to make the connection to the Internet simple, and the high quality of customer service made the service a real discovery for the average user, as in the Ukrainian market of telecommunications business quality and reasonable price were combined for the first time.

As of today, Inter-Telecom PJSC provides its clients with a full range of telecommunications services, including:

Local numbers (analog, digital) and Internet-telephony based on the protocol SIP;
Internet access and related services (electronic mailboxes, virtual private and mail servers (VPS; VMS), Hosting, Collocation, domain name registration and support, etc.);
Backbone and local communication channels for building virtual private networks.
